1. Shipping Location
All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Fatih/İstanbul, Türkiye. We ship to customers throughout Turkey and internationally to many countries worldwide.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Turkish national holidays). Processing time begins after payment confirmation and order verification.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping (Turkey)
- Standard Shipping: ₺50.00 - 3-5 business days
- Express Shipping: ₺100.00 - 1-2 business days
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over ₺500.00
International Shipping
International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Standard international shipping typically takes 7-14 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.
- Europe: ₺150.00 - 7-10 business days
- United States & Canada: ₺200.00 - 10-14 business days
- Other Countries: Rates calculated at checkout - 10-21 business days
Please note that international shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local postal services, and other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Methods
We use reputable shipping carriers including Turkish Post (PTT), DHL, FedEx, and other international carriers depending on the destination. The specific carrier used for your order will be selected based on the most reliable and cost-effective option for your location.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress on the carrier's website.

6. Shipping Restrictions
Some products may have shipping restrictions due to:
- Size and weight limitations
- International customs regulations
- Country-specific import restrictions
- Hazardous materials regulations
If a product cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you during checkout or contact you after order placement to discuss alternatives.
7. Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are collected by the local customs authority upon delivery.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or any additional fees charged by customs authorities.
8. Delivery Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at [email protected]. Address changes may not be possible if the order has already been processed for shipping.
9. Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with delivery, please contact us immediately:
- Package Not Received: Contact us if your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time. We will investigate and work with the carrier to locate your package.
- Damaged Package: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Lost Package: If your package is lost in transit, we will file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund once the claim is processed.
10. Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately if they are not all available at the same time. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for multiple shipments of a single order.
11. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to incorrect address, refusal by recipient, or failure to collect from the post office), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
12. Business Hours
Our shipping department operates Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Turkey Time), excluding Turkish national holidays. Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day.
